Due to the hands-on nature of this workshop, class sizes are intentionally kept small, with a maximum of six students. This ensures personalized attention and a chance to practice and refine your reflexology techniques under guided supervision.

· A variety of techniques including kneading, finger walking, and rotations, all designed to stimulate reflex points effectively.

Building Knowledge and Skills

By the end of this course, you will have a basic understanding of the body's systems and their connection with reflexology, you will practice a session on your partner/classmate.

This course is to be interactive, offering a fun learning environment that combines theory with practice, once registered, you will receive detailed instructions on the supplies needed to participate in the class.
